The Centre’s culinary amenities include presentation kitchens, teaching and demonstration facilities, research labs, product development and sensory testing areas, simulated retail environments, and trends resource library – a dynamic and flexible setting to hold your next business meeting or event.

Our Consumer Insights Team is active everywhere in our industry gathering intelligence and distilling insights our customers can act on.

We attend conferences, trade shows and seminars, and buy relevant market search. More than that, we execute our own research specific to our business needs and those of our customers. We’ve also created our own powerful research tool, which has allowed us to unlock may insights into how people consume food.
